Usually there are 111kcal calories and 21.2g carbohydrates per 100g peas. From this, we can see that 1/5 of them are carbohydrates. Therefore, it is best not to use peas in the diet of diabetics, or you can use other beans to replace them, such as Dutch beans, green beans, and lentils.
