I have been in poor health during this time, and I have been taking supplements, and my son has followed them. Can children take supplements?

Common supplements include: ginseng, donkey-hide gelatin, velvet, etc. Children's organs are not yet fully developed, their functions are not perfect, and their spleen and stomach are weak. They are in constant growth and development, are vigorous and have their own laws of development. Excessive application of supplements can cause a series of problems such as precocious puberty of children, which seriously affects the normal development of the body.
