The nutritional value of tofu is mainly due to its rich calcium content, while spinach contains a large amount of oxalic acid. Oxalic acid and calcium will react chemically to form calcium acid. Calcium acid is not easily absorbed by the human body, or even not absorbed. This destroys the nutritional value of tofu.
