Hand cancer
Finger cancer generally refers to the appearance of skin cancer, which is characterized by local cauliflower-like skin and easy bleeding. Finger skin cancer is mostly a malignant tumor that occurs on the skin. Generally speaking, skin cancer may cause hand cancer. Symptoms such as skin damage and desquamation appear.
The early manifestations of hand cancer are mostly erythematous skin lesions, accompanied by scaly scaling or scab formation. It is difficult to distinguish the histological type by visual observation alone, and it is easily confused with benign hand cancer diseases such as psoriasis and eczema. Pathological examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
The further development of the lesion will show some characteristic signs, such as a shiny, translucent papule-like nodule, with bleeding on the surface and accompanied by telangiectasia. Or a fibrous spot with a smooth scar-like surface without obvious capillary dilation, ulceration, and bulging. Or there are black dots in the lesion that merge with each other.
The above characteristics of hand cancer are very similar to the symptoms of some precancerous lesions such as solar keratosis and keratoacanthoma, and are difficult to identify. Solar keratosis has rough erythema that is higher than the skin surface, and the surface is covered with scales. After removing the scales, the erythema often has no obvious bulge. This is very similar to the erythematous papules of squamous cell carcinoma in situ with clear boundaries and slightly higher than the skin surface, except that the latter''s scales and scab are more obvious, and the lesions are more substantial.
keratoacanthomas often occur in exposed areas exposed to sunlight. Without any aura, smooth red nodules quickly appear within 2 to 3 weeks, with keratinous emboli in the center and nodules Dilated capillaries are visible at the edges. The nodules identified with squamous cell carcinoma are not smooth, and the edges of the nodules are translucent.
