A dozen eggs were cooked at home yesterday, originally for grandpa, but some people said that the elderly can’t eat eggs, is that true?

Because eggs contain high cholesterol, it has always been popular that the elderly do not eat eggs. Scientific experiments in recent years have proved that this argument is unjustified. Egg yolk is rich in lecithin and is a powerful emulsifier. It can make cholesterol and fat particles become very fine, smoothly pass through the blood vessel wall and be fully utilized by cells, thereby reducing cholesterol in the blood. Lecithin in egg yolk is digested to release choline and enter the bloodstream to synthesize acetylcholine. It is the main substance of neurotransmitters, which can improve brain function and enhance memory.
