I often drink beverages in the summer because of fear of heat. I recently found osteoporosis during physical examination. Do I often get osteoporosis with drinks?

The more people drink sweet drinks, the less milk products they drink and the lower their calcium intake. Studies have shown that there is a significant link between sweet drinks and decreased bone density, and some studies suggest that drinking too much sweet drinks will increase the risk of osteoporosis.
