My mother made me one egg a day and forced me to eat eggs every day. Why should I eat more eggs?

    Eggs are rich in protein, fat, minerals and vitamins. Egg protein is the complete protein that our body needs most. The fat, iron and calcium in it are also easily absorbed by the body. Vitamin A, vitamin B2, and vitamin B1, which are abundant in eggs, are all nutrients that our bodies urgently need and are prone to lack.
