I often cook anchovies at home, but my mother came to my house these past few days. She has coronary heart disease. Can she eat anchovies?

It’s edible and good. Anchovy has a high fat content, almost the first among fish. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and has the effect of lowering cholesterol. It is of great benefit in preventing arteriosclerosis, hypertension and coronary heart disease. Anchovy scales have the effect of clearing away heat and detoxification.
