I had a sudden myocardial infarction some time ago, and now there is nothing to hinder the need for supplemental nutrition. Is it good for my infarct patients to eat more meat?

Patients with myocardial infarction should not eat more meat. Studies have confirmed that excessive intake of red meat will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Red meat has a large proportion of saturated fatty acids and high cholesterol content, which is not conducive to the control of the disease. Should eat less ribs, fat cattle, etc., if you really need to supplement nutrition, you can use fish and soy products instead.
