I have been drinking orange juice since I was a child. The doctor said that I often drink orange juice so I don’t lack vitamins.

Orange juice can supplement the body with vitamins. Oranges have high nutritional value and can effectively supplement multiple vitamins. Therefore, orange juice concentrated from oranges also inherits many nutritional values of oranges. The efficacy and role of orange juice cannot be underestimated. Orange juice contains a specific chemical component, flavonoids and citrin, which can increase HDL and transport "bad" low-density lipoprotein (LDL) to the body.
