Female  32 years old 2018-07-02
I like to add vinegar to pickles, and I like the sour taste. I heard that it can still lower blood pressure. Is it true?

Rice vinegar has the effect of softening blood vessels. The most common usage of rice vinegar is to make kimchi in sweet salt water; when it is used for hot vegetable seasoning, it is often used to cook sour soup fish and other dishes. Rice vinegar is rich in amino acids and organic acids, which can promote sugar metabolism, eliminate fatigue and lower cholesterol.
