Will there be calcium deficiency when eating vegetables?

I have sunbathing and calcium supplements every day, but I still have calcium deficiency. So if I eat vegetables, will I still have calcium deficiency?

    In vegetables, the calcium content of carrots is relatively low, but 100 grams of carrots also has 33 milligrams of calcium, which is not much less than that of milk. Just pick a green leafy vegetable, the calcium content will not be lower than milk. As long as you eat vegetables, you will not lack calcium
