Six-month-old babies can eat some yolks. When adding egg yolks, after the eggs are cooked, use a spoon to grind the egg yolks into mud, then add an appropriate amount of boiling water or formula milk, and evenly adjust it to a paste. You can start with 1/8 egg yolks at first, and then gradually increase to 1/4 and 1/3 according to the baby's acceptance. Nutritional Tip: Egg yolk has high iron content, while vitamin A, D and E and fat dissolution are easily absorbed and utilized by the body.
