Watching TV reports that bananas sold by fruit sellers are all ripened. Is this true?

When the banana is immature, the skin is greenish green, and the skin is peeled off, so that it is too astringent to swallow. The ripe bananas are clear with astringency, soft and sweet, and are popular with children and the elderly. Bananas are tropical and subtropical fruits. In order to facilitate storage and transportation, when picking a banana, you can't wait for it to ripen, but when the banana peel is green, you have to pick it and store it. The bananas we eat in the north are ripened after ripening.
