I feel thirsty after every exercise. Can I drink water from fruit and vegetable juice?

    Drinking a glass of fruit juice before or after exercise can add water to you while also allowing you to ingest 15-40g carbohydrates. But be aware that just one glass of such juice may allow you to consume 160 calories, which is not a good thing for you who are losing weight. The calorie content of vegetable juice will be lower, about 50 to 90 calories per cup.
