Soy oligosaccharides are carbohydrates in soy milk. The sugar, rice, and buns we usually eat are mainly carbohydrates. Oligosaccharides are carbohydrates that cannot be digested by ourselves, but can be digested by beneficial bacteria in our intestines. Some of the bacteria in the intestine are harmful to the human body, and some are beneficial to the human body. If there are more beneficial bacteria, there will be fewer harmful bacteria. Therefore, like this kind of thing that allows beneficial bacteria to grow, we have to eat more.
