During the recent inspection, I found that the cholesterol in my body was a little high. I ate a lot of eggs some time ago. Will eating eggs increase cholesterol in my body?

An egg contains about 290 mg of cholesterol, which is indeed high. But the cholesterol eaten is not directly absorbed into the blood. If the metabolic function is normal, you can safely eat an egg every day, which is beneficial to the human body.
