    Eating vegetables in the sea has a protective effect on the cardiovascular. Kelp is rich in vitamins and minerals (such as calcium, iron and iodine). It has the functions of balancing nutrients and removing impurities in the body, which is beneficial to kidney function and helps to increase libido. When cooking beans, rice, and oats, try adding kelp; making a vegetable salad with wakame and carrots; or sprinkling red algae on the top of the food as a condiment.
