All I have in my pocket is chewing gum, which chews when I am idle. Will it have an adverse effect on the stomach?

Chewing gum for a long time may cause a large amount of gastric acid secretion, especially in the fasting state, there will be nausea, acid reflux and other symptoms, long-term may also cause gastric ulcers and gastritis and other diseases.
