Is there any benefit to the thyroid by eating kelp? Why should we eat kelp often?

Eating kelp can supplement iodine. A British nutrition study found that the thyroid gland is responsible for sexual impulses and sexual stimulation. Too low thyroid activity will reduce sexual activity and libido, and the iodine content in seaweed exceeds that of any other animal or plant.
