My daughter likes to eat tomatoes very much. I eat tomatoes as soon as I get hungry. Is that okay?

No, tomatoes contain a lot of pectin, persimmon phenol, soluble astringent and other ingredients, which easily react with stomach acid and coagulate into insoluble masses. These lumps can block the stomach outlet, the pylorus, and increase the pressure in the stomach, causing acute gastric distension and feeling bloating.
