Why can't spinach and pork liver be eaten together?

Male  27 years old 2018-07-02
I especially like to eat spinach recently. I bought some liver liver at noon today. But my husband said that we can't eat spinach with liver liver. Why?

Spinach can not be eaten together with pig liver, because pig liver is rich in metal elements such as copper and iron. Once combined with spinach containing higher vitamin c, metal ions can easily oxidize vitamin c and lose its nutritional value. Animal livers, egg yolks, and soybeans are rich in iron, and should not be eaten with amaranth and spinach that contain much oxalic acid. Because cellulose and oxalic acid can affect the body's absorption of iron in the above foods.
