Male  30 years old 2018-07-02
I was dizzy and found that it was caused by iron-deficiency anemia. My mother, I eat some raisins to supplement iron, is it okay?

The iron supplementation effect of raisins is not good, because from the data, 100 grams of fresh spinach contains 2.9 mg of iron, 100 grams of fresh mustard contains 3.2 mg of iron, 100 grams of bitter cabbage contains 9.4 mg of iron, and 100 grams of raisins only contains raisins. 0.5 mg of iron, which shows that iron supplementation by eating raisins is not reliable.
