I just arrived at menopause. The doctor told me to pay attention to my diet and eat more soybeans. Why do menopausal women eat more soybeans?

Because soy can supplement estrogen, before and after menopause, women's ovarian function declines and the level of estrogen in the body decreases, resulting in a series of diseases including osteoporosis, coronary heart disease and Alzheimer's disease. Proper estrogen supplementation can improve these symptoms and delay the development of the disease. The molecular structure of soy isoflavones and estrogen is very similar. Obtaining phytoestrogens directly from soybeans can be used as an adjunct therapy to correct estrogen reduction.
