I recently bought a pressure cooker at home. I heard that it is better to use a pressure cooker for porridge. Is it more nutritious to cook porridge?

There are three major differences between high-pressure cooking and normal-pressure cooking: one is high temperature; the other is high cooking speed due to high pressure; the third is that the confined place is in a certain vacuum state. These three characteristics make autoclave a certain advantage in preserving nutrients. If you want to get more disease prevention and fitness benefits from the multi-grain porridge, cooking with a pressure cooker is the best. It is convenient and delicious; it does not increase the loss of nutrients, and it can better retain antioxidant ingredients.
