Can milk really supplement calcium?

My child is growing up now, would like to know if milk can really supplement calcium?

    Calcium in milk can strengthen bones and prevent bone atrophy and fractures. Magnesium in milk can make the heart and nervous system resistant to fatigue; zinc in milk can promote faster wound healing; vitamin B2 in milk can improve vision.
