I like to eat nectarine. I heard that it is rich in high vitamin C, which is good for the body. Is the nutritional value of nectarine really high?

The vitamin C content of peach is slightly higher than that of apple. Vitamin C is about 10 mg and potassium is 100-160 mg per 100 g of peach, but the mineral content of iron and zinc is not high. Nectarine meat is apricot yellow, which has higher dry matter content than ordinary peach, and is rich in carotene and potassium.
