    Soy beans can be soaked in vinegar. Vinegar soy beans can clear away heat and promote blood circulation, and can repair and protect blood vessels. Prepare half a catty of soybeans, garlic cloves, vinegar and soy sauce. Soak the soybeans and wash them overnight. Pour the soaked soybeans into the pot and boil. Remove the cooked soya beans and drain into a sealed jar. Slice the garlic and put it in a sealed jar, add soy sauce and vinegar until it covers the soybeans. Seal the jar and let it sit for one day before serving.
