Male  26 years old 2018-07-01
The bitter gourds in our family have become too much this year. After eating too much, I found that there is no stomach upset after meals. Is this related to bitter gourds?

Bitter melon is a good food for summer. It is rich in nutrients and mainly contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and other nutrients. Unripe and tender fruits are used as vegetables, and ripe fruits can be eaten raw. They can be used as a cold salad, as well as fried meat and fish. They are crisp and refreshing. Bitter melon has the effects of increasing appetite, helping digestion, removing heat and evil, relieving fatigue, clearing the mind and eyesight, and invigorating qi and aphrodisiac. In addition to bitter quinine, bitter melon also contains protein. Studies have found that proteins can stimulate immune cells and have anti-cancer effects.
