I have always been a vegetarian, but the doctor said that this nutrition will be uneven, and long-term low-fat diet will cause gallstones. Is this true?

A long-term low-fat diet is actually a disadvantage of gallstones. Low fat will affect the body's absorption of nutrients, causing bile deficiency and malnutrition, causing gallstones. When vitamin E and vitamin A are deficient, it may also affect cholesterol metabolism and lead to the formation of stones, which is also a cause of gallstones that cannot be ignored.
