Is bone fracture soup supplemented with calcium for patients with fractures?

Male  26 years old 2018-07-01
I accidentally broke my bones. My mother supplemented me with calcium supplemented with meat and bone soup every day. Can patients with fractures use calcium supplemented with meat and bone soup?

In fact, the calcium content in the meat bone soup is not high. Some people experimented with 1 kg of meat and bones to cook the soup for 2 hours. The calcium content in the soup is only about 20 mg, but the fat content of the meat and bone soup is very high because of the bone marrow. The recommended daily calcium intake for adults is 800 mg, and patients with fractures need more. Calcium supplementation with meat and bone soup is far from satisfying the need, and calcium should be supplemented with milk or calcium preparations.
