After I got high blood pressure, my diet plan was very careful. Can I eat bananas during the onset?

Hypertensive patients can eat bananas. The banana contains potassium, which can excrete too much sodium ions and lower blood pressure. The other blood-lowering ion is calcium, so if you cut the banana into small pieces and mix it with calcium-rich milk in the juicer, it will become the best anti-hypertensive juice.
