Have you eaten dark vegetables?

I usually buy some dark vegetables because I heard that the darker the color, the higher the nutrition. Is it true?

    Dark vegetables have a higher vitamin content and are often more beneficial. Dark vegetables have higher carotene, riboflavin, and vitamin C than light-colored vegetables, and contain more phytochemicals.
