    Food choices: iron-rich foods: kelp, seaweed, fungus, mushrooms, beans and their products, various meats, poultry, eggs, liver and kidney of animals, etc. Foods rich in vitamin C: fresh vegetables and fruits; avoid drinking strong tea.
