I love to eat legumes, and I will eat them often. My friend said that eating tired food is good for hair. What are the benefits?

    Beans contain nutrients needed for hair, such as they are rich in protein, iron, zinc, and biotin. Frequently eating legumes can improve dry, yellow, flat, dull hair, make the hair fluffy and textured, and radiate a healthy shine. Soy beans and string beans are also good choices.
