What milk is better for people with lactose intolerance?

Female  76 years old 2018-07-01
I originally wanted my dad to drink some milk for calcium, but he was lactose intolerant. As long as he drank milk, he would have diarrhea. What milk can he drink?

Elderly lactose intolerance, you can drink milk and yogurt, because the lactose in fermented milk has been 20 & # xFF05; to 30 & # xFF05; has been degraded, easy to digest and absorb. Eating yogurt can also improve lactose indigestion and lactose intolerance, and it is also very convenient to eat.
