I haven’t heard of cherries protecting joints before, so I wonder why?

The anthocyanin and other biotin contained in cherries can promote blood circulation, help excrete uric acid, relieve the discomfort caused by gout and arthritis, and are very effective in eliminating muscle soreness and inflammation. Lettuce, canola, pakchoi, celery and other vegetables are calcium supplement vegetables that can't be ignored, which helps to strengthen the bones.
