Is the uncooked kidney bean harmful to the body?

Male  26 years old 2018-06-30
I cooked a pot of kidney beans at noon today. When I eat it, I feel it is not cooked. Will it be poisonous if I eat it?

There is a danger of poisoning. Although kidney bean poisoning occurs all year round, it is more serious in the spring and autumn. The main reason for the poisoning is the increase in the biogenic alkali contained in kidney beans in the spring and summer. As long as the kidney beans are cooked and cooked through and change color (greenish green to yellowish green), the poisoning can be avoided. So it must be cooked through.
