When you eat fish at home, you will clean the black film in the belly when you wash the fish. The black film in some restaurants has not been washed. Can the black film in the fish belly be eaten?

Most fish have a black film coating on both sides of the abdomen, which is the most odorous and muddy part of the fish body, and contains a large amount of histamine, lipid-like and lysozyme. Ingestion of histamine can cause nausea and vomiting , Abdominal pain and other symptoms; lysozyme has an inhibitory effect on appetite.
