Will heating olive oil discount?

Male  42 years old 2018-06-30
Our family has been cooking with olive oil, but recently I heard that after the olive oil is heated, is it true that the nutrition will be lost?

The nutrition of heated olive oil will not be discounted. First of all, the monounsaturated fat that protects the heart is not affected by temperature, even if it is used to fry its nutritional value, it is not shaken. Recently, studies have shown that some plant compounds that determine the aroma of olive oil, like its nutrients, will not be lost in the cooking process. As long as the temperature of cooking olive oil does not exceed the limit of turning into smoke, its taste and nutritional structure will remain unchanged. The key is how you store olive oil. WH's recommendation is that you should store olive oil in a cupboard at room temperature, and eat it best within six months after opening the bottle.
