For example, if the milk condenses and sinks to the bottom of the bowl, it is a high-quality product. The quality of the float is not good. The thinning phenomenon observed on the upper part or the sediment on the bottom of the bottle is not fresh milk. After boiling the milk, the milk skin (fat) is good milk, and the tofu flower-like surface is bad milk.5
