Every day breakfast, the child will drink a glass of milk, and then eat a piece of chocolate.

Chocolate and milk are best not to be eaten together. Since milk is a high-protein food and chocolate is an energy food, it is of great benefit to eat both at the same time. But in fact, it's not. Liquid milk plus chocolate will cause a chemical reaction between the calcium in the milk and the oxalic acid in the chocolate to produce "calcium oxalate". As a result, calcium, which was originally of nutritional value, turned into a substance harmful to the human body, resulting in calcium deficiency, diarrhea, delayed development of children, dry hair, easy fracture, and increased incidence of urinary tract stones.
