There are currently many people suffering from hyperlipidemia and stroke. Omega-3 fatty acids in deep-sea fish can prevent blood clotting, reduce vasoconstriction, reduce triglycerides, etc., and are particularly beneficial to heart blood vessels. It is recommended that fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids including mackerel, saury, grouper, salmon, etc., can be replaced, but remember to eat fish at least twice a week.
