Will tomatoes lose their nutrition for a long time?

I often make scrambled eggs with tomatoes. It feels healthy and simple, but I like to cook it badly. Will it lose nutrition?

    The nutrition of tomatoes will be lost during high-temperature cooking for a long time. This is because lycopene is easily differentiated when exposed to light, heat and oxygen. When cooking, long-term high-temperature heating should be prevented to preserve more nutrients. Cover the pot tightly when cooking and add a little more vinegar to protect it from being damaged by oxygen.
