Does drinking coffee cause fetal malformation

Male  23 years old 2018-06-30
I started to avoid taboos after pregnancy, but recently I suddenly wanted to drink coffee. If I really drink it, will it cause fetal malformation?

Women must be careful not to drink coffee during pregnancy. A cup of coffee contains about 100 to 150 mg of caffeine. Caffeine can cause baby's finger toe deformities, cleft palate and other deformities.
