Why do sports training coaches recommend eating beef?

Just after getting in touch with fitness, the coach said it would be better to eat beef in the future, why?

    Because beef contains higher levels of creatine than any other food, it makes it particularly effective for muscle growth and strength. In the first few seconds of training, sarcosine is the source of muscle fuel. It can effectively supplement adenosine triphosphate, so that training can last longer.
