Most of my family's drinking water is mineral water. I heard that this water contains many minerals. Is it absolutely safe to drink mineral water?

Mineral water is not absolutely reassuring, because mineral water is also contaminated by harmful substances (such as mercury and cadmium) in the land. It was found that mineral water is more susceptible to contamination by dangerous microorganisms and bacteria, which contains much more pathogenic microorganisms than imagined. Although these bacteria may not pose a great threat to the health of healthy people, for those with weakened immunity, bacteria in bottled mineral water may pose a considerable danger.
