During this time, I have poor appetite and like to use cucumbers for pickling, but I have chronic liver disease, can I eat them?

Cucumbers are the most nutritious only when they are fresh, and should not be used for pickling, as this will cause the nutrition of the food to decline. People with liver disease, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disease and high blood pressure should not eat pickled cucumbers.
