I prefer to eat foods with heavy tastes, but now that I have just given birth to a baby, can I add more salt to my diet?

A low-salt diet is more beneficial to the health of women. Postpartum weakness, sweating, mammary gland secretion is strong, the body is prone to lack of water and salt, so it is still appropriate to eat salt after childbirth, but it is not appropriate to put too much salt.
