Both my child and I are more prone to oral ulcers. Is it true that eating chestnuts can improve symptoms?

Chestnut is very nutritious and contains a lot of vitamins. It also contains riboflavin. It is beneficial to eat chestnuts for children with chronic tongue sores and adult oral ulcers. But chestnuts should not be eaten too much. It is still easy to get angry if you eat too much. You can only eat a few at a time, and the best way is to cook them in porridge.
